How we charge
Clear ACSTech prices for websites and on-site Odoo work. Odoo licences and hosting stay with those providers. Full Odoo implementations are scoped on request.
Who you pay
Three bills, three payees
The number on a package card is ACSTech’s fee for our work. If Odoo Enterprise or hosting applies, those invoices are not ACSTech’s.
ACSTech
The website package, call-out, hourly, or day rate. Our work. One-off unless you add a retainer.
Odoo
Enterprise licences are a per-user subscription set by Odoo. You pay Odoo, not us. Community has no Odoo licence fee.
Hosting
Domain, VPS, and SSL (for example HostGator). Not included in the package price.
What each line costs
We show every applicable line in writing before work starts. Odoo’s own rate is confirmed at that point — it changes by country and plan.

What “no hidden fees” means. After you accept a package, ACSTech will not add surprise extras for the work listed on that card.
It does not mean Odoo licences or hosting are free. Those are separate payees. We will tell you which of the three apply before you start.

Short answers so Odoo and hosting never look like ACSTech markup.
Do you offer full Odoo Starter or Enterprise packages?
Not as listed packages yet. We still take Odoo implementation, migration, and multi-branch ERP on request and will scope them in writing. What is listed now is on-site work, fault finding, and custom modules. If Enterprise is part of that work, the licence is still Odoo’s per-user subscription — you pay Odoo, not ACSTech. Community has no Odoo licence fee.
Does ACSTech keep any of the Odoo licence money?
No. An Odoo Enterprise licence is Odoo’s charge. We can help you subscribe and set it up. We do not fold that fee into our rates.
Are domain and hosting in the website prices?
No. $150 and $250 are ACSTech build fees. Domain, VPS, and SSL are quoted if you need us to arrange them.
What if I only need you to fault-find or build a custom module?
That is time and materials, not a package. Call-out is $95 for the first hour in Bulawayo. Then $55 per hour, or $400 for a day. Small custom changes start from $450 after a short spec. Larger modules are quoted. If we continue into a fix the same day, the call-out is credited toward that work.
Do you charge if the problem turns out to be Odoo or hosting?
Yes — the call-out covers the time spent finding that out. The Odoo licence or hosting invoice remains theirs, not ACSTech’s.
